Mark's Dad turned 60 this summer, so we all met up in New York at Kevin's house to celebrate. The boys had been planning this baseball trip for about 2 years, and it was fun to have it actually happen. We were all there for about a week, and the boys left for a couple of days to go to a Mets game and a Red Sox game. They had a blast. Us girls stayed behind to take care of the little kids and we got to go to the Yankee Candle Factory - which is actually quite the place. Hope and Anna had a great time with their cousins, and we had fun just hanging out with family and celebrating Mark's dad. Here are some picture highlights.
I thought this was a funny picture. Mark's dad brought this remote control flying helicopter and I think it almost hit me in this picture.
Aunt Jackie made cakes to celebrate Hope's 3rd birthday while we were there. It was fun to be able to celebrate with the Rogers family.
We also took a day trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame, which was pretty cool. My history loving husband loved it.
