"Spring" in Chicago

Just wanted to say that it is May 1, and we still don't have leaves on the trees here. We finally have some green grass, and buds on the. Oh, and it is supposed to get up to 55 degrees today, so that is good news. We did have about 4 days in the 70s last week. I guess that was our Spring. I heard winters last a long time up here, but this is a little bizarre.

come south just a bit. We have LOTS of blossoms. I feel so sorry for people with allergies.

We visited Chicago for our anniversary at the end of May last year and people had on sweatshirts at the Cubs game! I wasn't prepared for that and was freezing! Chicago really is "the windy city." I hope all is well with the Rogers. Miss you!

Hey Ya'll, Welcome to our world! This sounds like weather we have here in Green Bay or at least very similar. Maybe Father is preparing you all to join us in the future! Love and miss you all! Sarah Affleck
